Cuddle Party is the famous concept where participants engage in intimate, non-s’xual contact. Cuddle Workshops are the European-founded version where structured exercises guide you towards deep connection with yourself and others.

Instead of competing, we are going to co-create tonight!

In this workshop experience where participants engage in communication exercises, explore touch in a non-s’xual space, experience personal exploration and intimacy, and have fun with like-minded friends from the community.

Nurturing and consensual loving touch is good for maintaining healthy blood pressure, a strong nervous system, and balanced emotional health. One’s ability to connect with and develop greater trust in others is emphasized during the group exchanges during tonights’ event.

Do you long for connection, both with yourself and others?
Do you want to connect intimately, without being s’xual?
Do you want to practice expressing your boundaries as well as your desires?
Do you want to indulge in a bath of unconditional love and warmth?

Peter will be offering QiGong to sink into the day. Peter brings his love of a moving meditation from China called Qigong. For thousands of years, people have captured the essence of these simple movements to maintain balance and to heal themselves mentally and physically. Qigong accelerates healing and has a positive clinically recognized effect on almost all physical symptoms. Qigong helps heal the physical body and release stress of the mind. By moving your body, releasing trigger points, and stimulating your circulatory system, you literally become your own massage therapist. Simultaneously these movements help release negative emotions and memories that you no longer need and allow yourself to be much more present in your “now” so in a sense you become your own psychiatrist at the same time!

This is a non-s’xual event that offers participants an opportunity to explore intimacy with like-minded others. In a relaxed environment, that upholds personal boundaries and maintains a professional atmosphere, at all times, one is encouraged to engage in communication and touch, in a non-threatening, share-affirming environment.

Cuddle Parties and Cuddle Workshops are a holistic, social environment, that attracts fascinating people from all walks of life. It provides a special and unique opportunity for connection, learning and growth. Come cuddle with us!

♥ Peter Petersen ♥
Peter Petersen has been teaching Qigong for 16 years and has been a certified massage therapist for the last 14. Peter is also a personal wellness coach. This Qigong practice helps people ground themselves into their “now” to increase their present moment awareness of their behaviors, and find simple solutions to problematic habits such as: eating, moving, negative thinking, and sleeping. The result of this tool box of healthy information is that clients become their own health advocate and regain a sense of stability, peace, and well-being into their everyday lives.

♥ Wilrieke Sophia ♥
Wilrieke Sophia has a vision of bringing something to the world that’s so much more than an experience, event or workshops. It’s a movement. A place of belonging and exploration. A place for you to find a home, to be amongst friends, to belong. It’s also a place to discover new parts of yourself, find the edges of your comfort zone and tiptoe across – for exploration.

Wilrieke is definitely a relationship and intimacy geek. From being a shy and insecure girl, the people she invited into her life took her on a wild ride through the realms of tantra, BDSM & Kink, non-monogamy, healing, shamanism, mindfulness, and meditation. Her horses taught her about empowered leadership and dynamics between individuals based on body language and charisma since she was a child. Now she feels like an empowered woman who is growing and unfolding every day – about which she openly shares through her Social Media channels.

Through her company Exploring Deeper Wilrieke hosts a wide range of workshops, retreats and individual sessions in The Netherlands and the rest of the world. She loves bringing inspiring teachers to The Netherlands. Wilrieke is also a passionate writer, writing for her own blog as well as a guest writer for e.g. Elephant Journal, Postmodern Woman and Rebel Society.

She is the founder of Knuffelworkshops Nederland & België and Cuddle Workshops International, holding teacher trainings and master classes for practitioners and facilitators.
