Reflexology is the ancient scientific art of manipulating and applying pressure to the feet, hands and ears in such a way as to create positive effects throughout the entire body.
Professionally certified since 2010, Lara continues to be sought after for her renowned reflexology services as reflexology is a foundational touch template for the ultimate relaxation, rejuvenation and restoration of all bodies.
